Welcome! These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for working with me, Nour Usama. By engaging my services, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Terms

1.1 A 50% upfront payment is required before starting any project.
1.2 The remaining balance is due upon the completion and delivery of the project.

2. Revisions and Edits

2.1 Any additional edits or changes beyond the agreed scope of work will incur extra charges.
2.2 If we agree on a maintenance plan, some updates may be included based on the plan’s terms.

3. Maintenance Plans

3.1 Maintenance plans are optional and subject to a separate agreement.
3.2 Without a maintenance plan, any future updates or support will require additional payments.

4. Scope of Work

4.1 The scope of work will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before starting the project.
4.2 Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and charged separately.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Upfront payments are non-refundable once work on the project begins.

6. Ownership

6.1 All deliverables remain my property until the final payment is received.
6.2 Once full payment is made, all rights to the deliverables will transfer to you.
